Processing and shipping times

Each Sol Alchemy offering is intentionally prepared and packaged with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

At this time, Sol Alchemy currently ships within Australia only.

Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and the energetic intention infused into each offering, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at info@solalchemy.co so we can support you.
