What is Usui Reiki?

Usui Shiki Ryoho - the Usui System of Natural Healing - is a form Japanese energy healing. This form of healing was founded by Mikao Usui in Japan a little over 100 years ago. The word ‘Reiki’ can be translated as ‘universal life energy’ and the Usui System is a way of working with this energy for healing of the self and others. This form of energy healing is used for stress reduction, relaxation and the promotion of healing. Reiki is a hands-on energy healing art.

What is the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records is an energetic body of all the Universe’s information. It is a vibrational record that holds every soul and its journey, containing all past, present and future possibilities. Think of it as an energetic library or archive. Some of the things you can explore include your past lives, present life, future possibilities, your soul’s journey/blueprint, your star origins, your soul lineage, you can connect with Guardians & Guides, understand your soul’s purpose/mission, your gifts/talents, patterns, wounds, you can heal in the Records, explore soul connections or relationships and receive answers to specific questions you may have.

What is Homeopathy and Flower essences?

Homeopathy is an energetic system of medicine that works by stimulating the body’s own healing intelligence. Homeopathic remedies are made from plants, minerals or other natural substances. To create these remedies, they undergo a unique process of dilution and succussion, creating vibrational medicine that works on a deep energetic level.

Flower essences are a gentle vibrational medicine made from the energetic imprint of flowers. They support mental, emotional and spiritual healing.

What is ThetaHealing?

ThetaHealing is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy that uses focussed thought, intention and prayer to create healing on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. By accessing the Theta brainwave state and connecting with the Creator of All That Is, we can gently identify and transform limiting beliefs, shift energetic patterns and reprogram the subconscious mind.
