Rooted in the wisdom of Dr Usui’s teachings, this hands on practice channels universal life force energy to clear blockages, align the chakras and promotes healing. Each session is intuitively guided and deeply nourishing, helping you to regulate the nervous system, calm your mind and bring you back into a state of grounded presence.
