RECODE is a heart led, 4 month devotional journey designed to help you step fully into your most embodied, authentic self. Each month, we move through the elements, exploring your chakras and connecting with the archetypes through ritual, embodiment and soulful practices. This sacred container creates space for deep transformation and the activation of your most authentic expression. While RECODE has a natural rhythm, every session is held intuitively, flowing with your energy and in alignment with your mind, body and soul.
