These teachings are designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and soul. Throughout this journey, each element becomes a portal for you to release old patterns, activate your highest expression and anchor back into your most authentic self.
The RECODE Elemental Spiral™ moves through
4 sacred pillars and teachings.
Earth anchors you into your body and nervous system. You will explore the many ways your body communicates and practice deeply attuning to its innate wisdom. Through grounding rituals, somatic movement and intentional connection to self, you will cultivate presence and stability.

Air opens your mind and illuminates subconscious stories. You will notice the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that shape your perception and learn how to consciously work with them. Through activations, breathwork and reflective journaling, you will gain clarity, insight and awareness of what truly serves you.

Water invites you to feel deeply and move through your emotions. You will explore how to hold yourself as you express, release and transform what no longer serves you. Through purification rituals, guided reflection and intuitive practices, you will cultivate emotional clarity, self compassion, and inner flow.

Fire ignites your passion and most authentic expression. You will explore ways to embody your highest expression, step fully into your power and honour your unique gifts. Through somatic movement, ritual and energy practices, you will strengthen your confidence and motivation to live authentically and intentionally.

Where: Lovingly held online via zoom (All 4 elemental immersions are to be attended live. I will not be recording these calls to honour the integrity and presence of this journey)

I seee myself as the vessel and channel for these sacred practices. I am so excited to hold space for you to ground, activate, release and embody your most authentic and highest expression. So often in the healing process, we can get caught in cycles that leave us feeling small or dependent on external fixes. RECODE is different. I see this as a journey of reclaiming your power, learning to hold yourself and moving through transformation with grounded presence, awareness and trust.
