At Sol Alchemy, we hold each Usui Reiki certification training with deep intention. Each training is a sacred container, created specifically for you and requires Reiki Master Chloe’s full presence and energy. Out of respect for this private 1:1 energy exchange, the following policy applies to all Sol Alchemy Usui Reiki certification trainings.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your training, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled training will incur a 50% fee of the total cost. No shows or same day cancellations are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:
We completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to shift. You’re always welcome to reschedule to a later date that feels more aligned. However, to honour the time, energy and preparation dedicated to your training, a rescheduling fee applies:

Level I | $85
Level II | $125
Practitioner package | $150
Mastership | $200

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your training date to transfer your booking.

Emergencies:
If an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out and we can discuss a supportive solution.
