Each session, training and container is a sacred 1:1 exchange, created specifically for you and requires preparation, presence and energetic devotion. Out of respect for this exchange, the following policy applies to all Sol Alchemy services.

Energy Medicine sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Recalibrate alchemical journey + Conscious conception fertility protocol
Due to the depth and commitment of these containers:
• Payments are non-refundable once the container has commenced.
• Sessions within the container require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
• Sessions cancelled within 48 hours may be forfeited. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please reach out and we can explore a supportive solution where possible.

Usui Reiki certification trainings
If you need to cancel your training, please provide as much notice as possible.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is welcome with at least 48 hours’ notice. A rescheduling fee of $200 applies to honour the time, energy and preparation devoted to your training.

Emergencies
If an unexpected emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible and we can discuss a compassionate and fair outcome.
