At Sol Alchemy, all trainings and offerings are held with deep intention and devotion. Each Reiki initiation and training container requires dedicated preparation, energetic presence and reserved time in order to be held with integrity.

Out of respect for this sacred work, the following policies apply to all Usui Reiki certification trainings.

Training Investment

Level I: Initiation

𖦹 Group Training — $595 AUD
𖦹 Private 1:1 Training — $895 AUD

Level II: Practitioner

𖦹 Group Training — $1,195 AUD
𖦹 Private 1:1 Training — $1,495 AUD

Level III: Mastership

𖦹 Private 1:1 Training — $2,195 AUD

Training Deposits + Payment plans

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Training deposits

𖦹 Level I: Initiation — $195 AUD
𖦹 Level II: Practitioner — $295 AUD
𖦹 Level III: Mastership — $395 AUD

Deposits are required to secure your place within the training container and are valid for 6 months from the original booking date. If a training date has not been secured within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Payment plans

Payment plans are available for selected trainings. Full payment must be completed no later than one month prior to your scheduled training date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Once full payment has been made and your training date secured, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling + Cancellations

If you need to reschedule your Reiki training, please provide as much notice as possible.

Group Trainings (Level I + II)

𖦹 A minimum of 21 days notice is required for any training rescheduling requests.
𖦹 One complimentary reschedule is permitted when notice is provided outside of the 21 day period.
𖦹 Any rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the training date will incur a $150 AUD rescheduling fee.
𖦹 Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the training date, same-day cancellations or failure to attend your scheduled training will result in forfeiture of payments made.

Private 1:1 Trainings (Level I, II + III)

Due to the personalised nature, preparation and reserved time involved in private 1:1 trainings, a minimum of 28 days notice is required for any rescheduling requests.

𖦹 One complimentary reschedule opportunity is permitted when notice is provided outside of the 28 day period.
𖦹 Any rescheduling requests made within 28 days of the training date will incur a $250 AUD rescheduling fee.
𖦹 Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the training date, same-day cancellations or failure to attend your scheduled training will result in forfeiture of payments made.

If unexpected emergencies or significant circumstances arise, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss a compassionate and fair outcome together where appropriate.
