At Sol Alchemy, we hold each training and session with deep intention and preparation. From the energetic setup of the space to the resources and time allocated just for you. Out of respect for this energy exchange, the following policy applies to all Sol Alchemy Usui Reiki certification trainings.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your training, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled training will incur a 50% fee of the total cost. No shows or same day cancellations are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:
I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to shift. You’re always welcome to reschedule to a later date that feels more aligned. However, to honour the time, energy and preparation dedicated to your training, a rescheduling fee applies as follows:

Level I | $85
Level II | $125
Practitioner package | $150
Mastership | $200

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your training date to transfer your booking.

Emergencies:
If an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out and we can discuss a supportive solution.
