Each Restore healing experience is intuitively guided. Rather than following a set treatment plan, this experience gently unfolds through ritual, attunement and intuitive healing, creating space for your mind, body and soul to receive exactly what is needed.

Your experience begins with a gentle smoke cleansing ritual, followed by a nourishing herbal tea or ceremonial cacao, inviting you to slow down, settle your nervous system and arrive fully in the present moment.

Guided by your intention and the season you're moving through, your healing experience draws upon a blend of Reiki, intuitive warm oil bodywork + scalp ritual, oracle card readings, sound healing and a variety of other holistic healing practices, intentionally curated to support your unique needs.

You will leave feeling grounded, nourished and deeply supported with intuitive guidance, integration support and rituals to continue nurturing yourself beyond our time together.

Creating Restore has reminded me why I love this work so deeply.
