Level I is a sacred initiation activating your connection with universal life force energy. This is the beginning of your Reiki journey. Through attunements, rituals and sacred teachings, you learn how to work with this energy. You are guided into a deeper state of awareness. The Experience
The Level I training is a deeply immersive, heart-led experience held online via zoom.
You will be gently guided through the foundational teachings of Usui Reiki within a safe and supportive space held through each stage of your initiation by Reiki Master Chloe. Through attunement, ritual, energetic practices and hands on healing techniques, you will begin to deepen your connection with Reiki and your own innate healing abilities.
Each student receives a bespoke Reiki ritual box, thoughtfully curated with ceremonial tools to support and deepen your connection to this work. Lovingly prepared and sent directly to your door, these offerings become part of your self healing practice.

Training Details: Lovingly held online via zoom from 9am–5pm AEST.
A $222 AUD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place, with the remaining balance due one month prior to your training date.

What is Reiki?
Usui Shiki Ryoho - the Usui System of Natural Healing - is a form Japanese energy healing. This form of healing was founded by Mikao Usui in Japan a little over 100 years ago. The word ‘Reiki’ can be translated as ‘universal life energy’ and the Usui System is a way of working with this energy for healing of the self and others. This form of energy healing is used for stress reduction, relaxation and the promotion of healing. Reiki is a hands-on energy healing art.What are the benefits of Reiki?

What will I be able to do after Level I?
After Level I, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and others in a personal and supported way. This level focuses on self healing, awareness and building your connection to energy.Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. You will receive your Usui Reiki Level I Certificate of Attunement upon completion of the training.Can I offer Reiki professionally after this training?
Level I is focused on personal practice and self healing. To offer Reiki as a professional service, you will need to complete Level II and/or Mastership.How soon can I move to Level II?
It is recommended to allow a minimum of 2–3 months for integration before continuing onto Level II. -
How is the training held?
Trainings are held live online via zoom in a small, supportive group setting. 1:1 trainings are available upon request.How long is the training?
